35A00-1CFL loose configuration

I have an instalation with several 35A00-1 CFL dimmers. A Crestron processor is controlling them through a PIM Module. Everything works fine, but frequently One or two dimmers loose the configuration without any reason and must be reprogrammed.

Anyone knows why could this be happening?

Hello. I have seen this happen from voltage spikes, which occur during lightning storms. If you don't already have a whole house spike protector, I would get one. This is certainly good to get anyway.
