OT7 OmniTouch 7 ip address error

A customer of mine has three OmniTocuh 7 installed in his project. One of them is looped in the Leviton reconnecting screen.

At the time I checked the parameters the OmniTouch IP address is out of range of the network modem. This address is read-only I am not able to change it and set in the correct network address. 

The OT 7 is not seen in PC Access

I already tried power - off for 2 days and reconnected and is the same.

Any advice for this problem??

Set the MAC address in the DHCP server to force it to a specific IP address.  I've seen installations where the OT7 was stuck at boot and this was the only way to resolve the issue.  Your DHCP logs will likely identify the cause.  The other cause was resolved by changing the type of connection so if connected to a PoE port use a non-PoE port and power adapter, or vice versa, then upgrade the firmware to 1.16 or 1.17 (although 1.16 resolved some intercom issues so might be best). We haven't spent much time testing 1.17 yet. 


Alternatively, try connecting on someone else's network.
