F keys not working on KPAS keypads

So, I finally go around to checking out and testing the fire/police/medic on keypads. For some reason, my function keys do not seem to work on my KPAS keypad. I tried single press and double press but it does nothing. Any ideas?

They need to be programmed to perform a specific function. It has been years since my install but if I remember correctly they don't do anything right out of the box.
