Since I'll be moving to a "new" house, I'd like to experiment with various RF lighting options in the following order: zigbee, zwave plus, radiora2 (the last resort).
I do not have high hopes about zigbee due to its current implementation, especially the frequency band. The RF propagation pattern is almost surely going to be inferior to that of zwave plus and clearconnect, but I am willing to try.
Is my understanding correct that a typical zigbee switch does no provide status notification similar to what both clearconnect and zwave plus do? If the answer is "no", perhaps that would be the end of the experiment
An example of a typical ZHA 1.2 switch:

Thanks.
