Leviton HAI 16 Zone/16 Output Expansion Enclosure Zone issue

I have a 16 zone , 16 Output expansion board PART NUMBER
17A00-1
One zone keeps going not ready, I replaced the sensor never thinking it was the board, it seemed to fix the issue, but zone one went not ready again. The zone readout is lower than the rest when secure, around 143 vs 148 for all the rest. To eliminate a wire issue I put a 1k resister across the zone, but it stays not ready. Is there a history of zones getting flakey after a few years?

I have had one door zone wire stretch from the house settling and that had to be replaced.
 
Never a board / expansion board zone problem in 20 years.
 
Disconnect the wires from the zone, test the wires from the panel to the end of the zone using a VOM.

1) Connect the sensor directly to board to eliminate the wire run. Does it still happen?
2) Wiring between the 17A00-1 and the main board is "A", "B", and Ground correct?
3) Do you have any Sonos on the same network?

I actually detached the zone after replacing the wired sensor .making no change. To eliminate any wire issues I placed a 1k across the zone and still read low 130s (low enough to make the zone not ready. Did a system reboot with no change so I think it has to be the board.

Try the same test with adjacent zones.   Are you using resistors on all of your current zones?
