Elk M1 with Alula Bat-Connect

Does anyone have experience using the Alula Bat-Connect A with the M1? They are marketing for many legacy security systems. They specify auto switching for the triple path connectivity. I'm curious if anyone has used it with ethernet and cellular? How useful is their App & what features on the

I'm trying to use it right now.

It hooks up and I am getting notifications but I haven't found a way to arm or disarm.
