If you double-click Builder's toolbar (V2.1), a dialog box appears for a brief moment. Repeatedly double-clicking the toolbar allowed me to see enough of the dialog box to conclude it was designed to customize the toolbar.
Does anyone know anything about this feature that almost made it to V2.1?
