HomeSeer 2, Elk M1 (with Insteon) and the UltraM1G HomeSeer plug-in.

If you are using the UltraM1G HomeSeer plug-in, then the answer is yes. The plug-in receives a notification from the Elk M1XEP when you connect or disconnect using the ELKRP. Once you disconnect, the plug-in resumes normal operation. Regards, Ultrajones

I reported this to Elk technical support last December. It should be fixed in the latest firmware release. I am no longer seeing them with the latest 4.x and 5.x release.
