I use the EZRJ45 connectors all the time. There are several tricks. Couple of preliminary questions. Does your Cat6 have that big plastic spline running through it? What manufacturer's cable are you using?
I saw it yesterday at ISC West. It takes its power off of the data bus. Hold on for a while regarding the mounting. At this point in time it requires a single gang box turned horizontally (this may change). There is also a surface mount style.
FYI, it is now 15 minutes to review a paid Android app before your purchase is final. My concern with this app is the paid add-ons that are standard with other apps.
Then that's a problem. It should timeout in about a minute. Maybe try a reboot by powering the M1 down and then turning it back on. If that doesn't work then a call to tech support is in order.
No need to hit the * key. It will timeout on its own. No way to change the time. If you want to stand there and stare at the keypad and not see the timer, hit * and it will disappear.
I've personally never had anything but good luck with AO. I try to place as many orders with them as possible. Have you tried calling them on the telephone?
