Has anyone found one of these converters that does a good job converting an RCA video signal to an RCA signal?

I did it. I have no idea what I am going to use it for, but it got the best of me when I saw that they had free shipping.

I bought the 19" Balance monitor from Wally-World for $300 and was pleasantly surprised by the image quality.

As far as looking for the source of the pop-ups, try Hack-This. I believe that what its called, I will check when I get home. It isn't very intuitive andyou have to analyze a report it spits out, but it works the best of all, just not automatic.

It says Windows XP, Preinstalled w.COA. Did it come with the actual discs? Ans if so, are they OEM discs or regular WinXP?

This sounds to me like its what MS will do with multiple drives. It makes one large drive, but no redundancy.
