I am trying to research for a ups for use overseas. This is what I have gathered so far.
typical residential connection is a 100 amp 240v 3 phase. This is what the electric company provides. However what is throwing me off is that I have heard electricians say we will put 2 windoes type ACs on one phase and the other 2 on the other phase to not over load the phases.
Question:
Does it seem like that 3 phases get split in into 3 single phases?
In that case do I need a 3 phase ups or a single phase will do?
