Alarm Monitoring for Omni LTe

Hi - I use both the SnapLink and Myro:Home mobile app for the HAI/Leviton Omni LTe system. Am I the only one that thinks its odd neither app will alert you in the event of an alarm? Apologies if this was discussed elsewhere.....I didn't see anything. I need to get my system monitored. I think someone here recommended Alarm Relay for this system? Perhaps they have an app that would alert me? Thanks!!

Almost any monitoring service has the option of emailing/texting you for alerts. Monitoring services can also call you directly for alerts.
In the past, HAI had products that could be configured to email/text you for alerts. Over time, the products weren't updated and they stopped working.
HAI's Omni Notifier used an unsecure email client and Leviton turned off their email service for the email notifier. HAI also had web-link software that required an always on PC to handle the notification.
There is also Homeseer integration. Contact @pete_c on this forum for a better explanation.

I always thought an app notification would be ideal so it could be turned off, etc. Calls are never ideal due to the fact that the people setting it off inadvertently are also frantically calling. I'll add to my list of questions for the amazing @pete_c. I hope to hop on the phone with him soon! Thanks!

Here used Homeseer Omni and Home Assistant OmniLinkBridge. Both Homeseer and Home Assistant will install on an RPI.

Both do send out alarm notifications via email or text. I also used an alarm company.

Snaplink also works. Here have tested it on Windows 10-11 and Windows 2016 server. You have to leave it running.
