Anyone familiar with any bluetooth GPS devices?

Could anyone recommend a bluetooth enabled GPS device for a pocket pc? I've looked a few of them, was wondering if anyone has any personal experience with any of them. My Dell Axim X3i requires a bluetooth SD card, but I already have one of them. I just need a device to go along with it now.

I just got the Delorme Earthmate on sale at CompUSA. I am using it as a USB flavor for my CarPC project. It works well, updates rapidly and synchs fast with the satellites. This same unit has an optional Bluetooth adapter. Haven't purchased that piece yet.
