Embedded Automation announced today that they have released mControl v3. mControl, which started as a little add-on for Windows Media Center, has grown significantly, and has matured into a full blown home automation and security platform, supporting modern technologies such as INSTEON, Z-Wave, ZigBee, while also supporting a robust API allowing the creation of 3rd party drivers.
Some of the new features are support for ZigBee Smart Energy hardware, a web based administrative interface, support for HD surveillance cameras, free iOS app and much more. More info and pictures below.
