Awesome mini-itx board for HA

While browsing for a mini-itx machine with several serial ports for work purposes,I ran into a mobo which has 6 usb ports, and 4 serial ports!

they already restocked, the website isn't updated yet, I called them to verify this, they had them in their hands. Also, check out this company, they even have cases that have 2 motherboards built in!

Here's another case made for two mini-ITX boards:

1U rack mount with one or two ITX boards

I was looking at those, if I could find one that could support the 4 ports on each mobo (so I would need 8 holes in the back), would be great.
