Remember that one company (star38.com) which provded Caller ID spoofing services? There is another company out there now which offers the same service, but this time without the restrictions star38.com had, so now anyone can do this. They do not have the $125 sign up fee, it is not limited to just private investigators, collection agencies, etc ..., anyone can sign up, and all you need is a paypal account. Cost? 5 cents a minute. Hopefully Paypal or the government will shut this company down, before prank calls start costing/causing harm to people.
