Can any one help me as ive just got a 3yr cctv with ptz, its a panasonic Wv-cw864
ive got the instructions but it does not say if the white wire is the Live or Nutral, there are 3 wire BLACK, WHITE, GREEN.
can any one help
can anyone recomend where i can get software from just to test the item, as i not sure what protocol it uses
