Changes to Oracle VPN?

Have had a VPN running on my pfsense router for several years using Oracle free cloud server and OpenVPN. Got it running and haven't fooled with it since. Now wanting to generate a key file for another device and it seems my IPs for login don't work - browser gets no response at that address. Seems maybe they have updated things. I looked into support but it looks like that may be a separate login - not sure I even get support for the free account. Tried to register and it verified my phone then asked for subscription ID and account name - looked through my previous notes and didn't find them. Figured I would post here as well as trying to contact their support to sort it out...

@JimS I am not using the Oracle cloud server these days. I do get messages about outages et al.

I figured it out - sort of. Took a shortcut of using the key file I used on another device and that worked fine. Will leave the deeper dive for another day...
