Anyone tried the new SuperRip that is available on these sound cards? Supposed to improve sound to be better than the original. I saw a review (think it was THG) that agreed that it was phenomenal sound, curious if anyone has tried this.

I'm always wary of software that make those claims. How are they going to make it better that the original, are they going to rebuild sound information not existing in the original track? Only if they have a cristal ball.

Most probably it just do some equalization to highlight some frequencies. Bass boost, etc. I prefer to rip unaltered music and do the EQ depending on the playback equipment.

Agreed. You cannot make original waveforms "better" without changing them.
