CT friendly RadioRA dealer?

I'm starting a detailed costing of what automated lighting will cost for a RadioRA sol'n. Is there a CT friendly RadioRA dealer? The order won't be huge, but it's not tiny either. Probably ~20 switches and the various parts needed to hook into my system.

There must be one authorized Lutron dealer who doesn't dump on the DIY community. All I need is the source code and programming software, i'll even sign a waiver on support...

Unless things have changed since the last system I installed, Radio RA doesn't need programming software. The Setup guide for a basic system ishere.
If you are going to do a bigger system and use a Chronos time clock and system bridge then you should probably read these two guides as well, Design and Compatibility Considerations, and Chronos Setup Guide.
