Dealer PC Access

Now that Leviton has stopped supporting HAI and removed the serial number checking for PC Access does it mean that they're not selling it anymore and it's free? If so, where can I get a copy of dealer PC Access? I have (a paid for) regular version but would like to try the dealer version.
 
If they're still selling it, does anyone know if it's a discount due to it being discontinued?

Doubt it’s free. But can buy online. Not from them directly. But home automation retailers. In Canada I use aartech for new. Or try eBay.
