Dvr pci card

I found this pci card on Ebay and need some advice. To me the specs look pretty good and the price seems good also. But before I make the plunge I would like to get a few opinions. I want to install it into a dedicated cctv server in the media closet.

It should be a good card. There are lots of similar generic cards like that on the market. The seller is OK, I bought a similar card from him a while ago. At the time, he was changing suppliers or whatever, so I didn't get the card pictured on the auction, but it is similar and it works.
