Elk M1 Gold Voice problem

I am finalizing my ELK m1 gold setup and I can't figure out the voice.
 
 
When I enrolled my keypads, the voice came through the speakers crystal clear. In the ELKrp2 software when I go to a zone and click send and say, it works perfectly.
 
However, I can't get the system to alert me of any violated zones or any changes. Am I missing something?
 
ETA: When I arm or disarm the voice works perfectly..it seems to be related to zones...cant figure this out

Check your Global Voice settings to make sure you have zone status messages enabled.   Also check your Global Output 1 settings for the volume levels.
