Elk M1XEP Bootware not updating

Hi All,

I currently am using my M1XEP ethernet expander with the following versions:

Bootware: 1.1.2
Hardware: 1.0
Firmware: 1.2.0

When I attempt to update the bootware to version 1.1.4 I get the following message after several minutes:

"The ethernet expander failed to program."
"It will not operate until it is programmed"

Any ideas?
