Hi Spanky,

Just bought an ELKM1, and am excited to set it up. HOw do I go about getting the ELKRP software and most recent firmware updates? I just tried to signup for a login to the dealer site, but haven't recieved an email message with login instructions. How long does it take to get my login setup?

Very fast. A little longer takes the transmission time: 50+ MB via a telephone line needs a day ;-) . This happened to me!

OK, with DSL it is a little faster. If you don't have an internet broadband connection, maybe a friend can help you.
