I lost access to the email address that is listed in my account after 30 years thanks to AT&T. Not wanting to go through that again I now have my own domains, but when I try to change the email om my account here, my domains are all banned. Has Cocoontech given up on email altogether or?

Its highly unlikely that any of my domains should be on spam lists, FWIW, they are "otrt.us" and "theBrewsters.us" both hosted at A2 hosting.

Check your domains on MXToolBox.com. It's not the domain names themselves that cause the problem, but the server that is in the MX records for the domain. Meaning the email server itself. If you are listed on any blacklists, contact your web host/ email host provider to ask them why your new server is listed.

Yeah, you can register your domains from about anyone, but you may want to use another company for mail. I use Fastmail which I like, but even Apple and Google can be your email host using your domain.

I've been using Zoho for my domains. Insanely cheap, but very reliable.

hey Mike, unfortunately this is due to the .us TLD, which is associated with significant spam & phishing activity. I've removed this filter for now so you can at least update your email address, but I'd also be concerned about other email servers filtering your emails.
