Flush-Mount Smoke Detector

Asthetically, I think they would look better that other smokes. However, I can't seem to find a price or dealer for them.

I'm not a huge fan of the way they look. Take a look at the brochure and you can see some of them mounted. They don't really blend in well. I never even notice my other smoke detectors because they are always there and I never look up. I guess after a period of time you would start to not notice the flush mount ones but any new guest that visited you home would certainly notice them.

[EDIT] Also, How would you rip it out of the ceiling like you do with the current detectors while its going off. I know at least twice a year I have to rip mine down because its just too smokey in the house to get it to turn off. So i pull it down and take it out side until the smoke clears.
