GE ITI Concord and RS-232

Hi,
If somebody have experience connecting GE ITI Concord panels to PC or a home automation system through the serial port using RS-232 protocol?

I am familiar with GE CADDX panels, those can be easierly connected to PC, but I don't have any idea about ITI.
