HAI OmniPro II (4.0B) Clock Losing Time

Last week the clock started losing a lot of time, more than an hour in a day. It happened around the same time I started getting phantom beeps/controls on both of my keypad consoles (which I disconnected until i have time to troubleshoot). What could cause the time issue suddenly and how could I fix it?

i also see that omnistats sometimes arent displaying the current room temp for a few secs, and then it loads. Diff stats (I have 5) when the issue occurs.

I'm not sure what is causing your time issue, but if you can find an email card to add, one feature it offers is time sync, but it does require a separate internet connection.

I thought I read something about the Ethernet port causing issues (even with an email card).

Your time issue is very perplexing, had you made any changes to your system lately, or have there been any recent power outages or problems? At least on my Omni IIe, the email board has been great about syncing the time. No issues so far!

Not sure it’s worth investing more time and effort into this system. Time is probably a symptom of a much larger issue. If it was the only problem, then 100% I’d do what I could to fix it. But it can’t be a coincidence that the time issue happened at the same time that issues note in my other thread started.
