In addition to HAL’s impressive long list of included supported interfaces, HAL has added support and enhancements for some of the more popular home automation controls, like UPB, RCS, HomeVision, Elk, NuVo, and Z-Wave hardware, making this the most robust version of HAL ever delivered. As users and integrators have come to expect, HAL simplifies the experience for the end-user from start to finish and offers versatility, control and creativity for the most experienced installer. Combine this with additional software add-ons, such as the HALvoices for only $39.95, HALdmc (Digital Music Center) for $29.95 or the newest add-on HALdvc (Digital Video Center) for $49.95 and you have the most powerful home automation package available.

I know for a fact that they are working hard on a lot of things right now, so I am sure they are working on it already, or have it on their list. They were the first to support UPB, so I wouldn't be surprised if they will be the first to support INSTEON as well.
