I just noticed this sale on HomeSeer HS-FS100-L Z-Wave Dual Sensor & Buzzer for half price on HomeSeer's site. This is a really good deal for a nice product! I use this to monitor a light on my washer as there was no other way to conveniently interface it without customizing a circuit or cutting into/modifying an electrical cord.

It has the option to operate via a battery, but I plug it into an electrical outlet so it can also act as a Z-Wave repeater.

Somehow I missed this post, but what price were you looking at? It has been at that level for a while (see my previous review). It IS one of my favorite devices on the market tho, definitely under-appreciated!
