Thanks a bunch, guys. I was (thankfully) otherwise engaged most of the weekend. In fact, my son and my new girlfriend actually made secret plans to surprise me for my birthday. It was a success!

I want to apologize for missing several nights of chatting recently, but you'll be happy to know it's because I found my true soul mate a couple weeks ago, and naturally we've been spending a lot of time together. More details later! Now I just need that job or risk starting a consulting company with one employee! ;-)
