I just called my mom at the post office and she looked up the receipt number for my thermostat. Its scheduled to show up today. WooHoo!

Has anyone else received their HomePro Thermostat from AutomatedOutlet? I was wondering if I should be excited or not

I haven't tried one myself yet but I think the really cool thing about it is that you don't have to install anything at the air handler like you do with the RCS one. I like the looks of the RCS one better but you can't beat the installation effort (or lack of) required for the ACT one.

The only question I have not asked and I probably should have is. Will this work with my second generation remote or is there a newer remote that is needed?

Should work with the remotes that have been out for a while now since the last issue back in November I think.
