Kodicom Web DVR Troubles

I am running the Kodicom Site with remote success using K. Center. When I try and use the Web DVR feature I only see the Web DVR page and controls but the camera screen is blank. Have I missed a setting in the Site Setup?

Any help with this matter would be appreciated?

i've noticed that it only works with internet explorer and that you have to download an activex component. have you downloaded it?

Thanks for the help, I was trying to use this feature with Firefox. Once I switched to IE as you mentioned I was good to go.
