Total Newbie Here. Hello All.
 
Have purchased myself the HAI PC Access 3 Software for my existing HAI Omni Pro II Controller.
 
When I open the program and try to connect via network, the option is grey and not selectable. The system is already setup and working fine, but something has happened and it does not communicate with my Radio Ra2. The snaplink app works fine on network and remotely. I'm thinking that I have to create a new setup (account?) to connect via network.
 
Can anyone help?

Did you go to Options, Network and ensure you have your IP address and encryption keys entered?

Cant recall exactly, but you have to setup the network info and enter the key then I think you will be good to go.

Go to Options > Network - Make sure the IP, Port, and keys are correct. Should connect fine.
