Looking for a dealer friendly monitoring company

I've been using Nextalarm as a dealer for over 10 years.
Ran into a situation they could not help with so I'm looking for another monitoring company.
I would like the ability to set up a client through a web page, configure it to suit my client and have a dealer access account to update client accounts.
Any recommendations?
