I have a 16port kodicom card running on XP (amd 1800 256mb ATI 64mb) and everything is working ok.
Over the local network I get 20-22fps via HTTP (i only have 1 camera attached at the moment)
Over the internet i am only getting 0.5 to 1 fps.
The connection is a 5meg down 486k/sec up connection so should support a much better fps.
I have the res at 768x576 and transmit quality at normal.
I have tried diginet center and it is also slow at around 1fps
Does anyone have any other suggestions on what I can try to get the fps up?
