Low profile high quality camera?

I just started working with an A/V guy. We will be installing a camera at a clients home. It is a high end home and he wants a minimalistic look throughout. He wants a camera off the 2nd story under the soffit in the front of the house to view the front lawn and driveway. Any ideas what would work well but not be too obtrusive? He does not want it to be too noticeable.
I would say it is about 100 feet from install location to end of driveway.

I notice that Security Cameras Direct has several outdoor cameras that look like floodlights and such.
