Same exact thing happened again today. Not at home yet to check the logs but I have a feeling it will be the same thing.
She got the unit into demo mode somehow, which at least took her back to the main screen, then pressed and held clear to get the keypad address screen up. From there she said "1" was highlighted, 2 and 3 were red-ed out. I had her choose 4 and click Exit but with the unit in demo mode Im not sure it took.
Does this have something to do with firmware version 1.0.24? "Fixed an issue which could potentially cause the unit to jump to the Set Address screen after a user pressed the Clear key." Not sure she pressed the clear key while disarming it, but maybe. My keypad is currently on 1.0.14 (it looks like 1.0.24 was released 3 months after the first time this happened to us)
Anyone still having this happen? Will the firmware fix this *very* intermittent issue?
