I have an OmniPro II that's been installed since 2007. I had a dealer I worked with since moving here in 2013, but he's in hospice and the company is now defunct. the board has been replaced at least once (a few years ago). It seems the main board is having issues (phantom beeps, losing time, temperature sensors not reliable) and I am losing the ability to rely on the system.
I do some basic DIY stuff (replacing/installing switches, programming), but I don't have the time or know-how to do this replacement myself.
I am looking for a "one stop shop" solution to replace what I have in the most reasonable way, while maintaining as much of the functionality that I have, and using the existing wiring. What is out there that can do everything?
Here's a basic rundown of what I have:

Here's a basic rundown of what I have:
- 1 main panel
- 1 expansion panel (on another floor)
- 2 touchscreens and 2 keypad consoles
- 64 wired zones (window, door, motion, smoke, CO, GB)
- 50 UPB Light switches and scene controllers (many switches are hidden with scene controllers running the larger spaces)
- 5 thermostats (centrally located) and an unknown number/location of in-wall temp sensors
- 200 lines of automation (mostly scheduled lighting). I use buttons, flags, user settings, etc. as part of the automation
