Ok so this looks very promising. I need to find if there is a way to use the temp from diff sensors and activated events etc. I am using the elk and would love to see if there was a way to communicate to elk using 1 wire. Elk does have a serial port expander that allows serial communications. I lik ethe product but want an wasy way to be able to use it in one place.

so looking for your suggestions.

You have a lot of neat products. I would like to see a way to interface them into the M1.

I think that would be cool but I know very little about the M1 (just what I have read on this board) so I don't know if it would be possible to interface them or not.

Would an interface that could read the Dallas iButtons also read your devices with software changes on the interface?

It should. The iButton devices are just 1-Wire chips in a metal can.
