New (?) RF Door/Window Sensor

Just in case others missed this, too...

This updated DS10A-type device has an integral reed switch plus screw terminals for an external contact, each of which transmits its own unique code.

I'm currently testing this as a new occupancy sensor to replace two Hawkeyeys that have been performing respectably.

I've added two ir phototransistors (opposed by an ir emitter) which should trigger sequentially and give me directional info.

I have a few of those in the 49-1000 Security Kit.
The transmitter circuit isa also more stable than the DS10A; as it has a saw resonator as the frequency determining device. The DS10A has an LC type and may drift more.

I saw these at the shack the other day and was curious if the W800 could "see" them.

Nice price, too bad they aren't elk/Caddx compatible. Anyone know if there are similarly priced Caddx wireless contacts?

Watch eBay - there are often bargains on ITI d/w sensors.

Who says they aren't compatible with the W800? Looks interesting.
Dan,
That's what I'm asking. Are they? If they are replacements for the DS10's then I hope they are compatible.
