So I'm having an issue that i've seen discussed on this forum before where the keypads show no controller data on them. For starters, im running an OmniPro II with 2 keypads and one touchscreen keypad connected. 2 Backup batteries connected to it as well as a network cable for control and HA connected to it using OmniLinkBridge. Over the past week and a half ive been experiencing drops to the connection between the HA and the panel, but i thought that it was just a normal coincidence because i see it sparingly often over the time this panel has been in the church.
Today i got a call to checkout why no one was able to get into the church even with their Keyfobs. I came attempted to use my keyfob, no luck. Manually used a key and got into the church and both keypads were saying this error. I manually reset the panel and removed power from the batteries and unplugged and plugged back in and that's what ive been seeing for the past hour. I did a little research in the forum and check the ethernet lights which I'm seeing activity from and in my router can see that its showing a connection but the IP associated with it has no pings back and forth, no bulging on any capacitors and thats about all i got. Lol.
Would love some help on troubleshooting and narrowing down the problem. Please let me know any additional info you need.
