I have a chance to buy some of these (1000 Watt version) at less than 10% retail. Are these two-way? Do they work well with the Keypadlincs?

Ordered 10 of these for $7.07 each. Nice features include 16 custom scenes, 5 year warranty, "alarm scene" which flashes lights on/off at 1 second intervals and signal sensitivity and response to "all light" commands is adjustible.
