I attended the ISC East show in New York (on 9/11!) and played with the new TSU9600 remote....... at the HAI booth!
Besides being a high end HT remote it also controlled the Omni system with the same GUI platform as their TS, and it is 2-WAY. Very, Very, Cool. What else might it do??? Reports are due by Monday people!!
P.S. ELK is working on integrating the Apple I-Touch/Pod into the M1 early next year.
