Problem with wireless ELK Door sensor

I have 2 wireless door sensors for my M1 in the garage.  One for the man door and one for the overhead door.  My man door is showing violated and a state of N/A.  I did see the green light flash on the sensor and I checked the battery and it reads 3.58 and its a 3.6v battery.  I held a magnet all around it and still nothing.  Any idea why its showing N/A for state and not short?
  I cant bypass it either maybe because of the N/A?

Nevermind looks like the sensor was out of alignment
