Question on Elk/Homeseer rule

I am currently running an Elk M1 Gold and Homeseer 1.7 with the elk plugin (Mark L's version).

I would like to write a rule that will send me an email when zone 10 has been open/insecure for 30 minutes or longer and repeat every 30 minutes.

I cannot seem to get any combinations to work using homeseer.

you should be able to create an event (conditional trigger) which triggers when a device (which represents zone 10) has been ON for 10 minutes, at least that's how I would do it with my.elk, pretty sure the plugin works the same way.
