Remove phantom expansion enclosure

I have an HAI OmniPro II (4.0B) and PC Access shows a BAD expansion enclosure, however, I don't have a 2nd expansion enclosure. I have a primary panel in the basement, and an expansion panel upstairs.

I recently had issues with phantom beeps and ultimately completely disconnected a wireless controller - could that be the cause? If so, how do I fix it?

Is it safe to change it to 1? Is the removal of the wireless receiver the reason for this?

Yes, do you have the 42A00 manual? It explains this. Manual attached.

Thanks for confirming - I was hesitant to make the change, since I wasn't the one that set it up initially, even though I was pretty sure that it was the wireless receiver. All set now...thanks!
