SA UPB Devices are not responding to Upstart

Hello,

I have a number of Simply Automated UPB devices mostly wall switches that are US2-40 type. They respond locally with touching and dimming but they are not seen by Upstart software. I tried to put some in setup mode and again the Upstart software does not see them or find them.
What is happening and is there a way to get them back on-line with Upstart?

Is there a factory reset to start over?
I have used the 5 press to put them in Setup Mode and LED blinks but they are not found.

Do devices loose the network they were on?

I switched the PIM to a PulseWorx type and it works with same / some of the US2-40, UML, and UMA plug in modules.

So if you can not "see" any switch on either phase, then either the PIM is not working, or you have something making LOTS of electrical noise by the PIM. Do you have an active repeater or a bridge between phases? Upstart can run some tests on your network so that is the place to start.
