Siren and a DS10

My alarm can't be integrated and wondered if I could hook up a DS10 to the siren wire to notify Homeseer my alarm is going off.

Not sure, but you could connect a relay to the siren output (I would use an Elk sensitive relay with the high coil resistance so you don't to much current off the siren output), then have the DS10A monitor the contact closure of that relay.
